The company is divided into three different business units: Retail, Professional and Food Solution.

Retail products are available through your local retailer.
Professional are the products designed for hotel, restaurant and catering businesses.
Food Solution offers packaging for food and drink and targets primarily food producers and restaurants.

What do I do if I have bought a defective product?
Return the product in its original packaging with a description of the problem. We will then examine the problem and get back to you promptly with an answer. We do not look upon complaints negatively; instead, we see them as an opportunity to fix any problems. This helps us to do an even better job delivering first-class products to consumers. What do I do if the product I purchased does not live up to my expectations?

In our online ProductSearch you will find our international assortment. Assortments can vary from country to country. As we have no control over purchasing among our individual retailers, we are unfortunately not able to say which stores sell which products. As an individual, can I buy products intended for restaurants and hotels (at Duni, we call this the Professional range)?
Through the years, many consumers have taken a liking to our selection intended for businesses. However, this selection is not offered to consumers, as the products are only sold in large volumes. You can purchase parts of the selection in many professional supplies stores, but this often requires membership in that store or that you have a registered business. Contact the store directly for more information about how to procede.

Can all the products shown online be purchased in stores?
The products you will find in  ProductSearch comprise our international assortment. As available selections differ from store to store, we are unable to say for sure where you can find what you are looking for. We can, however, tell you where to find your nearest retailer.
