The Board of Directors

Duni’s Board of Directors consists of five members elected by the annual general meeting, two employee representatives with two deputy members.

After the general meeting, the Board of Directors is the company’s highest decision-making body. Its overarching duties are to decide on the company’s business focus, the company’s resources and capital structure, as well as the company’s organisation and management of the company’s affairs.

Directors are elected each year by the annual general meeting for a term until the close of the next annual general meeting. The board consists of not less than three and not more than twelve directors. In addition, there may be employee representatives.
