Duni concentrates production to Skåpafors
In connection with the closure of production of hygiene materials at Rexcell, which was announced in February 2013, a review of the company's long-term production has been made. Decision has now been taken to concentrate all remaining production to the facility in Skåpafors.
Duni acquires Paper+Design Group
Duni has acquired 100% of the shares in the Paper+Design Group. Paper+Design has a strong position in the premium segment for designed napkins primarily within the consumer market segment. The products are mainly sold through specialized retailers in Germany as well as in numerous other geographic markets.
Duni - New organization with focus on growth
Duni is creating a new organization based around five business areas with the aim of focusing on profitable growth. The goal is increased customer focus and market segment specialization within the new business areas.
Kettil Wedin new HR Director for Duni
Kettil Wedin has been appointed new HR Director at Duni. Kettil will apart from his overall HR responsibility also have the operational responsibility for HR in the Nordics and the head office in Malmö.
Duni wins sustainability award “Grünes Band” in Germany
As a result of the corporate responsibility program “Our Blue Mission”, Duni won the German sustainability award “Grünes Band” in the category of Ecology. Hans-Georg Wegner and Axel Gelhot from Duni in Germany were proud to receive the award during a festive gala on Intergastra Fair in Stuttgart.
