Pursuant to a resolution adopted at Duni's Annual General Meeting in 2009, a nomination committee has been appointed prior to the Annual General Meeting in 2010.

Duni has gained FSC certification: Set the table with FSC napkins and table-covers
Duni, Europe’s leading company for table-setting products, has gained certification for FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and is therefore allowed to sell products with FSC claims. The certification will make Duni the biggest supplier of FSC certified napkins and table-covers on the European market. The FSC label ensures that the wood used to make Duni’s paper based products come from responsible forest sources.

Duni sets ambitious goals in new environmental strategy
Duni, a leading supplier of attractive and convenient products for table-setting, meal-service and take-away, has set ambitious goals for reduction of the environmental impact. The ambition is to reduce CO2 emissions in operations by 25%, in transportation by 15%, and to reduce energy use by 15% by 2012.
