Chef and local champion

The first female chef in Sweden to receive a Michelin Star, Titti is passionate champion of sustainability, her hometown of Malmo (also home to our HQ) and the Skåne county terroir. She is also the ambassador for our ecoecho® range.

Currently, Titti is head chef and co-owner of Bloom in the Park in Malmo – voted the best restaurant in Sweden 2015. Formerly a semai-finalist at Chef of the Year, she has also competed on the TV show Chefs.

Street food by Duni hosted by Titti was a special day for everyone at our HQ. The truck looked cool. The weather was amazing. But it was Titti’s delicious street food that stole the show. She created this especially for the occasion, using local, in-season ingredients to make falafels – the signature dish of Malmo.
