Hang Out with Titti

To hear Titti discuss her philosophy, passion for Malmo and collaboration with Duni, check out the film. It shows the evolution – from local market to plate – of one of her mouthwatering creations: a seasonal Cod and rhubarb dish, made with some of Skåne’s finest ingredients.

“I grew up very proud to be Swedish and to come from Skåne.
And that lies behind my passion for ingredients
from the terroir – and my efforts to support the local gastronomic community”

Street food by Duni hosted by Titti was a special day for everyone at our HQ. The truck looked cool. The weather was amazing. But it was Titti’s delicious street food that stole the show. She created this especially for the occasion, using local, in-season ingredients to make falafels – the signature dish of Malmo.

“Traditionally, quick and easy food hasn’t always been particularly healthy  or respectful of the environment. The food truck shows there is another way.”
